Crafty Sentiment Designs Challenge

Morning all.

It's time for a new challenge at Crafty Sentiments Designs

This week our theme is

Female Birthday

So an easy one... or not....

I have used the fab Harriet for my card which I made for my friend's daughter the other day. I am quite pleased with it even though there's you know what in it.

And this card caused a panic.... I went to colour her hair in and couldn't find my copics. Looked everywhere for the wallet they're in. Nowhere to be seen so I text Cass and asked if they were in the cabin but she said no and then even more panic ensued and I thought I was losing my mind. However, I got a text during the Apprentice from Cass to say that they were at the cabin and just hidden under something. Phew.

This looks like it is a really great card - the colors seem to be perfect for that cute image. The only suggestion I have is to get a little more light on your card when you photograph it -- we would love to see all the details! (I have three possibilities if you are interested... Use the morning sun shining on it thru a window, use a photo manipulation program to lighten it - lots of free ones out there, or if you have a scanner, simply scan it.) Glad you are sharing your project and best of luck in the “Two Word” Sentiment Challenge!

hey...gorgeous card, love the layout, the papers and your colouring!! I don't like taking a photo in direct sunshine as I feel it makes the photo look too bright and yellow...however not a problem in Scotland as there's not much sunshine anyway!!
