I've used Metal Mick and my song is For Those About To Rock - AC/DC.  This was made for a guy at work - we both enjoy heavy rock music and have now taken to taking over control of the radio on a Friday for "Rock Friday".  The card is specially nice to share this week in the wake of the death of the legend that was Malcolm Young.

For Those About To Rock

Hello.

How's your week been so far. Mine has been fairly busy what with one thing and another and the rest of the week is fairly busy too.

I'm sharing a card I made for a friend's daughter to give her Dad. They have a standing argument about which band is better. Slayer or One Direction so under the Slayer album cover I've hidden a OD album cover. I'll leave you to decide which side I'd come down on but I'll give you a clue... I'd rather rip my ears off than listen to OD.

Mid Month Inspiration for Christmas at Sweet Stampin'

Morning all.

It's time for some mid month inspiration for Christmas At Sweet Stampin'.

So... tropical..... not really much call for tropical in Scotland, however, there ARE palm trees on the Isle of Cumbrae so for my card Santa is sending some festive greetings from Millport!

I've coloured him in traditional red and it was Craig's idea that Santa would have a red and white surfboard!

I've used a Dr Digi's image for my card called Wall of Sound.

I printed off an image of the Pink Floyd The Wall album which I found, surprise surpise, on Pinterest! and the card grew from there. This is so much better than that other card from last week ;) and no comparison musically either!
