For a simple card this took far longer than it should have for me to be happy with it!
Inked background and some white paint splats and then a simple die cut which I've highlighted the lights in the windows.

It's always the 'simple' cards that take the longest! I think it's because every detail shows and we want them to be 'perfect'. This one is...love that sky!
