Tree Cards... (Well, Actually, There's Only Two)

Hello!

So today I'm sharing another couple of sample cards I made for Craft World's weekend using Taylored Expressions dies and stamps.

This time I've used the Shade Tree Thanks die and the Shade Tree Sentiments set for the first card.

A simple sympathy card for this one - you don't really want fancy for a sympathy card and for this one I just chopped the little bird house off the tree.

Now there was a lady on Saturday who said to her friend "isn't that a lovely card" and her pal said "eh... no"...... I glared at her.  How rude! I'm not saying that everyone has to like the card but I just think it's rude to diss someone's card when they're sitting in front of you.

What do you think? Is it that hideous? I was quite pleased with it, if I'm honest.

Another simple card. I just used a nestie to cut a circle aperture and then I matted that on blue card and added the Shade tree die.

Yes it's rude! If something doesn't appeal to you a simple "Mmm" will do fine. x

I think they're both great cards Susan - and so effective. Ignore what some miserable person said - we all know how good your cards are!

OMG Susan how rude was she!!? I love this design and the colours are fab, perfect for a sympathy card. As card makers we all know that our cards are not to everyone's taste, but you don't say so to someone - I would love to see what she could have made! Hugs, Claire x
