Christmas at Sweet Stampin'

Well, it's finally here... the first challenge at Christmas at Sweet Stampin' and it's a really easy one to get us started...

Anything Goes

(with a proviso... your creation has to be Christmassy) but what could be a simpler way of breaking us in gently before our first challenge in January.

We're sponsored this time by Funky Kits and the winner will receive some surprise stamps

and by Letraset who are offering the winner a set of Promarkers.

The new DT is announced today too so go and visit our blog and give them some love!

This is my card for the challenge.

I saw a stamp with "Don't Get Your Tinsel in a Tangle" at the SECC in October and thought it would be perfect for this stamp (Stroppy Cow as I like to call her), however, the stamp was £7.99 and I decided I wasn't paying that for it!

I think there's not "enough" on this card and that it actually lacks something but I'm not sure what it is.

Challenges I'd Like to Enter

It's My Party - Lili of the Valley

 Colouring Medium

Crumb Cake - Stampin Up

Pearls from stash
Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding - Stampin Up

Oval Nesties, Big Shot

Thanks for dropping by today. I'm off to get all festive. The BB have organised an evening of Christmas songs in the church which includes all of the organisations in the church so looking forward to that. (well, apart from the bits that I have to sing in....)
