A Scottish Spring ATC

Hello.

This month there's been a Spring ATC challenge running over at the Vera Lane Studio Facebook page.  I wasn't going to make anything but then I decided on Friday night (which is normally crafty cabin night but obviously that's not happening at the moment!) I would make something.

The theme is Spring..... I interepreted it a little differently from everyone else!

I'm not very confident when it comes to this sort of thing, but I stepped out the comfort zone, got the gelli plate and chalk paints out of the bag and went for it! I really love how it turned out.

Christmas at Sweet Stampin' Challenge

Bet you didn't think you'd see that blog post title again.  I must admit I didn't either.  However the last members of Sweet Stampin' are leaving Christmas at Sweet Stampin' with this challenge and so, after many discussions, it was decided that CASS would close after this challenge BUT Charlotte and her team will continue under a new blog name and I hope you'll continue to support them the way you supported CASS.  So for one last time, and for one challenge only, Abi, Tracey and I are back to join in and say farewell as Wendy and Chris leave and CASS fades away.

Sweet Stampin' Challenge

This time our theme is Wonderful Women in honour of International Women's Day.  As this is a team Wends challenge and I didn't actually have to join in I thought I might not as I couldn't actually think of how I could get an inspirational woman on a card. 

Then I went to the craft show yesterday and saw an AAL and Create stamp which I thought might perfectly with a germ of an idea.  So here you go - Katherine Johnson on a card.
