Make a card or other craft project using a Sugar Nellie image and this prize could be yours.

(remember the Sugar Nellie image - that's essential!)

I was recently asked to make some cards for a bride to be to give to her Maid of Honour, Bridesmaid and Flower Girls to ask them if they would be these things. I decided on very simple cards with just the image and the words would be best. And little Princess is just perfect for a flower girl with her posh frock and tiara on!

Do You Wanna Build a Snowman

Evening!

Hope you've had a lovely weekend and haven't been badly affected by snow.... which leads me neatly on to today's card. I delivered this card on Friday to a friend who had ordered a couple of cards for her daughter's birthday and when I went along to deliver it in the midst of a heavy snowfall Cara and her brother were having fun in the snow and Logan built her an Olaf! Her birthday is today so I'm assuming she's got her card now.

I didn't want to put the usual Olaf phrase on the card and a trawl through Pinterest produced YOLO - You. Obviously. Love. Olaf!

Christmas at Sweet Stampin' Challenge

Morning all.

It's time for a new challenge at Christmas At Sweet Stampin'

Our theme this month is

Nativity

I was going to make a card with Mr Poppy on it but decided to go down the more traditional Nativity route.

I bought this wee stamp at a craft show in September and then managed to misplace it (it's not very big!) but I found it in time to do this card!

Sweet Stampin' Challenge

Morning all, it's Saturday and that means it's time for a new challenge at Sweet Stampin'.

This week our theme is

Girly. No Pink!

Our sponsor this week are All Dressed Up.

Well, what a trouble I had with this challenge! You'd think that given my hatred of that colour it would be easy. Oh no. Girly, that's the thing, doesn't matter what colour it is!! Anyway, during a conversation with the genius that is Abi I hit upon the idea of a one layer card and then I wouldn't need to bother about paper or embellishments.

So here we are. Girly enough?

What A Week!

Have you survived the first week back to normality?!

We've all made it through relatively unscathed by the grind of being back at school and work. And at least this week I know what day of the week it is. It's Thursday right ;)

I hope, wherever you are, that you're safe and warm and unharmed by the horrible weather!

So to today's card. A birthday card my friend asked me to make for her son. I've used the Saturated Canary digi - Gamer. I've kept the card fairly simple and added the sentiment directly to the card.

The lightsabers are (although you can't really see it properly) coloured with Wink of Stella pens!

Is It Just Me?

Or is everyone else confused about what day it is?!

Just a quick post tonight - thought I'd share this card I made for a friend's wee boy last year. My brief was that he was having a rainbow themed birthday party.... I went through all sorts of permutations and came across this idea on Pinterest. So decided to make the caterpillar have a rainbow coloured body! It's a very simple card but I love it.
